Booking Terms

Your booking

• A booking is confirmed as soon as it is completed on our website.
• Card and QR bookings are held for 30 minutes while you complete the payment. If the payment does not arrive in time, the slot is released again.
• If you choose cash, you pay in person when you arrive. For studio and equipment bookings, a card is kept on file as a no-show guarantee (see below).
• Podcast recordings: the one-time setup fee of ฿1,500 is paid online to confirm the date. It is part of your total, not a deposit; the rest is paid at the studio on the day.
• Enquiries (drone filming, full podcast service) are not bookings. Nothing is charged until you accept our quote.
• Equipment rental has its own Rental Terms, including the deposit and the rental agreement signed at pick-up.

Cash reservations and no-show fee

• Applies to studio and equipment bookings paid in cash on arrival.
• Card and QR payments are paid in advance; no separate no-show fee applies to them.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking time (for equipment: before the pick-up time).
• To cancel or move a booking, contact us at rentmebkk@gmail.com or on Instagram @bangkok_rentme and give your booking reference (RMB-…).
• For a later cancellation, please contact us as early as possible.
• If we have to cancel on our side, we tell you right away and offer a refund or a new date.
